Black Dog Comics

This is Mutt's fictional comics and games company. For black dogs in mythology, see Dog and Hellhound.

Black Dog publishes games, printed materials and other merchandise using two separate company names:

• Black Dog Bandes Dessinées (aka Black Dog Comics, BD Comics, Bédé) for comic books and related merchandise
• Black Dog and Wolf of the Toast (aka Black Wolf) for RPG products

• The Team Remarkable comic books and spinoffs

BD has its own 'universe', intended to be internally consistent, in which all its comic book characters live. This allows the various characters to meet up, team up and hear about each other's exploits within the stories.

Black Dog and Wolf of the Toast products

• Angel: the Apostasy
• Accountants: the Reckoning

Black Wolf's roleplaying games are set in a separate (though still internally consistent) universe from the comic books.

To confuse matters, Black Dog publishes some games (including RPGs) based on the Team Remarkable franchise under the BD Comics label, and has launched a darker, noir-style line of comic books set in the Black Wolf universe and published under that label.
