MoonBurnt is a freeform roleplay message board created and operated by Ree. It began on EZ Board in 2001 and is currently being rebuilt into something greater at [moonburnt.org]. In the interim, a [lounge area] has been established and opened for writers and characters alike.
MoonBurnt is for roleplay, mostly freeform but some loosely plotted, mainly in the sci-fi, fantasy and horror genres, some RPG and fandom-based characters allowed, and emphasis on cross-world storylines.

A. There is no MoonBurnt -- at least, not right now, and not exactly.
MoonBurnt (of various capitalisations) is the once and future roleplay board predominantly run by ReeToes/Jaina Jade, though the writers and characters of Zara Jade, Lunzie Istari and others have figured among the staff. Somes of its stories have taken place on its titular planet.
Its mission is completely unknown, but there were rotten floors, tequila bottles, and excuses for kids to knock over adults. It was good and shall be again someday.
