Borean

Borean ethnicity faleighs are native to the northern regions of Shade, whereas Nordies are not. They cohabit peacefully (because Nordies don't compete for their food, preferring to import, and often employ them besides).

Borean faleighs are relatively short and squat and have thick hair and deep-set eyes. They dress very warmly and don't venture outside when unnecessary, tending to be very practical and organised.

They can and do survive a little further north than Nordies venture.

Borean faleighs do not seem to have many spiritual beliefs, although they hold many superstitions (such as folk rumours of huge scaled monsters, which are patently ridiculous).
