Laatutakuu, or Laatu for short, was created for a number of reasons:

• As a personification of Slen's inner pervert
• Because Slen needed another character for [Big Bother]?
• Because Slen had the name, and had to use it!

Also, means "quality guarantee" in Finnspeak... --C

For which the Muttsibs claim total and utter ignorance.

Laatu gives her occupation as "customer care manager", quote-marks included. She gives her astrological sign as Chinese Year of the Turtle.
