Whispering

An only recently - by Caedaren standards, within the past few decades - appeared strange ailment that seems to plague those who go through a highly traumatic experience. So far, there have been mild and strong cases of these individuals, which are referred to as Whispers? for the sake of political correctness. The general consensus is that this doesn't mean they are a faction. In fact, it is quite the opposite. The other general consensus is that if this keeps going on, the nation will have a small faction of berserking, regressed magickers.
